The Reliable Gun Holiday Giveaway (the “CONTEST”) is sponsored and administered by Reliable Gun and Tackle Ltd. (the “SPONSOR”). Contest begins on December 1, 2022 at 12:00 AM PST and ends on December 24, 2022 at 11:59 PM PST.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. See below for full contest details. Participation in this contest constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, these contest rules (the “RULES”)
1) The CONTEST begins December 1, 2022 at 12:00 AM PST and ends December 24, 2022 at 11:59 PM PST (the “CONTEST PERIOD”)
1) The CONTEST is open to all residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory at time of entry (the “PARTICIPANT(S)”)
2) Employees of the SPONSOR and its affiliated companies or agents, and those with whom such employees are domiciled, are NOT eligible to enter the CONTEST.

4) Any attempt to obtain more than the stated maximum number of ENTRIES by using multiple/different names, email addresses, identities, logins, or any other means, will void that individual’s ENTRIES and eligibility to win any PRIZE, at the sole discretion of the SPONSOR.
1) For each day during the CONTEST PERIOD, there will be One (1) PARTICIPANT selected from the pool of eligible ENTRIES received on that day (“(DAILY) WINNER(S)”).
2) The DAILY WINNER for a given day will be selected by 5:30 PM the following day.
3) One (1) PARTICIPANT will be selected from all ENTRIES received during the entire CONTEST PERIOD (“(GRAND PRIZE) WINNER”).
4) The GRAND PRIZE WINNER will be selected within one week of the end of the CONTEST PERIOD
5) All WINNERS will be selected by random draw.
6) Each PARTICIPANT is only eligible for a single daily prize over the entire CONTEST PERIOD.
7) SPONSOR will contact WINNERS by phone, or email if no phone number is available.
8) WINNERS will have two (2) business days from the initial contact by SPONSOR to:
an acceptance of the PRIZE as-is;
a release of the SPONSOR from liability;
an acknowledgement of compliance with the RULES; and
9) In the event a WINNER is found to be ineligible, or if the individual does not, or can not, comply with the RULES, that WINNER may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected.
1) There are 24 daily prizes to be won (“DAILY PRIZE(S)”) with a total approximate retail value of $5000 and average value of $200.
2) There is 1 grand prize to be won (“GRAND PRIZE”) of a Winchester XPR Hunter Strata Bolt Action Rifle With Vortex Crossfire II 3-9x40mm Scope (approx. retail value of $1020).
1) PRIZES must be accepted as awarded without substitution and are non-transferable, assignable, or convertible to cash.
2) PRIZES have no cash-surrender value.
3) The SPONSOR reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion, in the event that the Prize, or any component of any Prize, cannot be awarded for any reason, to substitute and/or modify the Prize, or component of the Prize, with a prize(s) of equal or greater value.
4) By accepting the PRIZE, the WINNER agrees to:

The CONTEST is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, and/or its parent owner Meta. The Facebook and Instagram Services are Meta products provided for use by Meta Platforms Inc. Instagram, Facebook, and Meta are completely released of all liability by each entrant or participant in this CONTEST. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the CONTEST must be directed to the SPONSOR and not Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.
1) If a PARTICIPANT wins a PRIZE and accepts the PRIZE, such acceptance shall mean full satisfaction of the entitlement as an PARTICIPANT and as a winner in the CONTEST and the PARTICIPANT fully discharges and forever releases the RELEASEES, of and from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, actions or causes of action whatsoever, whether known or unknown, whether at law or in equity which they or their heirs, executors, administrators, successors or assigns may now or hereafter have against any of the RELEASEES in connection with the PRIZES.
2) The PARTICIPANT also acknowledges, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, that the RELEASEES will not be responsible for any injury, accident, death or dismemberment, or any other loss, damage, or expense in connection with the participation in the PRIZE.
3) The PARTICIPANT also acknowledges that none of the RELEASEES has offered any warranty or guarantee respecting the PRIZES.
4) Further, the PARTICIPANT assumes all responsibility and liability for any loss, injury or damage to any persons or property, which results from the PARTICIPANT’s actions or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise, in connection with the PRIZES.
1) The SPONSOR accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or claims caused by or resulting from the CONTEST or acceptance of the PRIZE.
2) The SPONSOR will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, falsified or destroyed ENTRIES and all such ENTRIES are void.
3) ENTRIES that have been falsified, tampered with, or altered are void.
4) The SPONSOR does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, printing errors, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer lines or networks, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof.
5) The SPONSOR will not be responsible for mail, telephone, technical, network, online, electronic, computer hardware or software interruptions or failures of any kind, misdirected, stolen, incomplete, incomprehensible or delayed Internet/e-mail computer transmissions on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to a participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from visiting, participating or downloading any materials related to this CONTEST.
6) The SPONSOR extends absolutely no representations or warranties in respect of any PRIZES and accepts no liability arising in respect of such PRIZES or in the use thereof.
1) The SPONSOR reserves the right to terminate or suspend this CONTEST or to amend the RULES at any time and in any way, without prior notice.
2) Without limiting the foregoing, if, for any reason, the CONTEST is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the CONTEST is corrupted or adversely affected, including without limitation by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, the SPONSOR reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the CONTEST, including without limitation the cancellation of any method of entry or the extension or modification of the CONTEST start and end dates.
3) The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these RULES shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these RULES shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.
1) This CONTEST is subject to federal, provincial/territorial, and municipal laws and regulations. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these RULES, or the rights and obligations of PARTICIPANTS and the SPONSOR in connection with the CONTEST, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of British Columbia, as applicable, without giving effect to its conflict of law rules and provisions.
2) These RULES are subject to change without notice in order to comply with any applicable federal, provincial/territorial, and municipal laws, or the policy of any other entity having jurisdiction over the SPONSOR.
1) By participating in this CONTEST, each PARTICIPANT consents to the use of their name, address (city and province), likeness, statements, and ENTRY information where applicable, without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by, or on behalf of, the SPONSOR, for advertising and/or publicity purposes in any and all media throughout the world, in perpetuity without compensation, notification, or permission, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
